Vaughan's Pub Grill - Chicago

The seafood is amazing, the drinks are perfect, the music is great, and the female bartenders are fantastic.

This restaurant is located in a wonderful neighborhood with charming decor options. I enjoy ordering either the Slang Bite or the Black One and allowing the chef to work their magic. The wings here are delicious, especially when paired with the mango habanero sauce, which is simply fantastic and totally addictive. The staff is always welcoming and warm. My only critique is that I wish the kitchen stayed open a bit later, as they close at 9pm and the last order is at 8:50pm.

I had the corked beef and the cauliflower, and the crack had the fish and chips. we both were very happy and the service was friendly and thorough. the bee! the neighborhood pub vibe is something we missed in sf. when we are back in chicago, we are back at vaughan’s!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this restaurant before, but it is my favorite pub in Chicago so I want to make sure I give it the credit it deserves. The staff is amazing, and the food and drinks are always excellent. Make sure not to miss the Friday fish fry - it's delicious!
