TOCA - Ritz Carlton Toronto - Chicago

Amazing food! Our server was excellent! He made our birthday guest feel special with a complimentary salad and desert! He was kind and attentive. The only negative was that it took a very long for our drinks to arrive after we ordered them but the bar could have been backed up… other then that with the food, service and location we will definitely be back! :

Two days ago, we visited your online web saying that Sat brunch is offered and accepting table booking at CAD65 tax per person. I made online booking for 3 persons, your online booking first charging me crexit card CAD200 for the brunch. When i went TOCA yesterday there was no brunch offer available. Hence, we ordered the menu charging us another CAD180 . All in all, that was a big disappointment to our experience and highly inacceptable by any mean. We are frequent and loyal customers of Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong. Their service and quality are excellent and that was why we drove 20 KM from North York to support your hotel in downtown with trust, not for any family occassion, but only to find out a poor experience and service here in RC towndown. Finally, please help to confirm us how much TOCA charged us finally in total, CAD400 ? or CAD 180 ? Secondly, suggest removing the CAD65 brunch from your online simply for the reason of no such offer in TOCA. Mr Yu
