Third Star -hyatt Mccormick Place

We had a reservation for 10 people and the restaurant was by no means busy. our server was shown to take over our drinks orders and again for food orders. after that we never saw her. she didn't come back to see how we did it or whether we needed anything. someone else delivered our drinks and another person gave the food. after eating we sat there an hour without drinks, no water and no sign of our server. we had to ask twice for the check, and when it was finally put on the table, the server was very confused about how we wanted to share the bill. we had to literally look at the reception and number it accordingly. the manager even had to get in to help. overall eating was very good, but the service was absolutely terrible!

That was great. I had the laugh that was delicious. it is one of the few places at McCormack Square where they can be seated and served.

What it can do, we sat and stayed too long unattended. several others we were sitting after us and you had started eating. but our waiter had to come to the table as much as a first introduction. the host noticed this and came to check us out. he asked if we were to wait. we told him no and waited on. after a few minutes we rose and went. if the lack of attention to the level of the service we would enjoy throughout the rest of our restaurants today was not noticeable, then not thank you. our time and our money will be better spent in other countries. that was a failure and we will not return to the future.

Convenient for guests at hotel, and the coffee was excellent. Food was good, and prices were reasonable.

We were able to get in on an incredibly busy. Saturday evening. The buffet was OUTSTANDING. Will be returning.
