Jarvier’s service was exceptional as were the raspberry jam and the harpist; as for the remainder of the tea treats, sandwiches, and sweets, while good, they were not noteworthy. The ambience, however, made for a delightful and relaxing afternoon!
I took my stepson for his 17th birthday and the Palm Court was phenomenal. The service was impeccable. They were all so attentive. The food was delicious and we were able to get more of the sandwiches we liked. The tea was so flavorful. The ambiance was out of this world. I would absolutely go back to the Palm Court for any occasion.
The ambiance and experience was top notch! It is a pricey ticket for tea service, but we enjoyed all the food. The service was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

The only problem is there is stairs you have to go up to get to the palm which was not ideal when having a stroller. I had to carry the stroller up stairs in a dress.
