Terrace 16 - Chicago

The experience was below average. While the ambiance and view were beautiful, it was disappointing that the outdoor terrace was closed.

"The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, making it a great spot for dinner. The view is absolutely stunning. While it would have been nice to sit outside, we visited during colder weather. The service was a bit slow in getting our food, but we weren't in a rush and appreciated the beautiful views and ambiance. The short rib dish was excellent, and we also tried the frog legs, steak tartare, and butter. The oysters were fresh but quite small. Overall, the food was very good."

The chairs were incredibly comfortable, and the wine was excellent. I would give it 5 stars, not only for the quality of the place but also because the staff and customers created a wonderful atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and highly recommended service and great hospitality

The menu was somewhat limited. While the dishes were cooked when and very tasty, the portions were small.
