His knives are impressive and his skills even moreso. The fish is fresh, the rolls are cut into 10 pieces and the flavors and textures are layered. Sometimes he takes requests. If yuu have the time, ask to be fed until you don 't want to any more. This is an excellent approach to omakase. The BYOB element keeps the already great value even more reasonable. Someday I 'll look at the menu to see what else there is. PS. Chef drinks Miller Lite and has a fondness for Bourbon.
The food was fresh and delicious. Amazing sushi! Impressed!!!!
The Omakase experience left more to be desired as all we kept getting were variations of a tuna roll in soy paper. Glad we went but not eager to return. Service was very welcoming.
We love Sushi Mike's specialty rolls. He never disappoints.
