Missing items, food is cold and soggy despite being ordered seconds earlier, never includes any sauce packets regardless of how much you order, unfriendly service, I could go on. The food that you do get is often made in ways that don't make sense, too guacamole on a regular beef chalupa? Soft taco that's been pressed like a quesadilla? I was so excited to find a location so close to home, but now I'll have to drive past it to another location any time I want Taco Bell.
I went to this Taco Bell last night about 11 pm. I sat at the order screen for 5-8 mins before my order was taken. Only two cars in front of me but during that wait about 7 cars pulled behind me. I ordered a nacho bell grande, I saw it had tomato an sour cream in the photo to make it better I asked to add on extra cheese an lettuce. I also ordered the delights and a freeze. When I got home my nachos were not as ordered matter fact had no tomato no sour cream no lettuce as I asked or extra cheese. It was quit disgusting. One large clump of refried beans in the center, so dry like it was the bottom of the pan. Nachos had a couple spoonfuls of meat an a drizzle of cheese. I couldn’t bring myself to even eat a fraction of it. Messed up my whole late night munchie experience an a waste of $7 dollars. No receipt was in the bag don’t even know if I was charged for lettuce an extra cheese. Did say add on, never expected it to be free. Very disappointed at this Taco Bell. Not only do you have to wait 20 mins for food you don’t even get what you ask for. Delights were good an freeze was the best thing I ordered that night. Smh
Trust the reviews that tell you not to order. We ordered on Uber eats and we ordered 3 of the same drink, the mango ones and got 3 Baja blast. Nobody contacted me to ask if it was okay. I also asked for hot sauce and put 15 because I figured they wouldn 't think to put a lot. But even that was too hard because they only gave us 4 fire sauces. It 's obviously just a lack of care for your order so save yourself the time and money.
Mixed up my order with someone else several times. Taco Bell's complaint forms are useless. I never got a refund directly from corporate. I always had to call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
The car in front of me placed a $45 order and received it within just three minutes. I had made a mobile order and was instructed to pull aside, with the promise that someone would bring it out to me. However, I was then informed that I would need to re-enter the drive-thru line, which now had grown to 11 cars.
