Taco Bell - Chicago

Came around 11 o'clock by the drive. coworker says they only take mobile and online delivery orders at this time, although they are currently talking to me about the running gear by microphone. that doesn't make sense. if they can live with me in this exact moment, they can command one. what is the difference when I was wasting my time to make a mobile order on a parking lot, or they take my order instead of telling me that they only take mobile orders? it seems like it would take more time for both of us if I made the mobile route while I am already in the car.

Good, busy Taco Bell. Service was slow due to business volume, but employees were friendly and efficient. Met my late night fast food needs.

Literally made it with 20 mins left until closing time...I went through the drive through...lights all on even the drive through and put my window down and the guy says welcome to Taco Bell we 're closed. I asked really we made it before closing. And he said yes. Then there was a girl on the intercom and she said, yes we 're closed, we have nothing left. Um, what.?!? Then Turn the lights off! Ugh! We just wanted tacos!

DRIVE THROUGH IS DOWN! DRIVE THROUGH IS DOWN! ALMOST every night the drive through is bot working or they only accept cash. This place used to be ONE OF THE HIGHEST rated Taco Bell's in Chicago. This place used to be super friendly and great! However, something awful happened here recently. Why have the sign say the Drive Thru is OPEN when it is NEVER OPEN. I have been here 3x in the past 3 weeks. Same issue. JUST SKIP THIS PLACE!!

I'd avoid this place at all cost now. This location used to be great. Great customer service, order was always correct, exactly what you want. Now this this place can't even handle the bare minimum. The last 3 times I've visited, rude workers, never get your order right wrong and missing items always. Mistakes are always in their favor, get charged for what you order and get cheaper mistakes and missing items. I'm done with this place. From now on its better to just drive to the one on Milwaukee and Belmont now. Bummer, but you can count on that one still.
