Taco Bell - Chicago

On one occasion, my friend and I visited when it was extremely busy. We waited over 45 minutes for our order, but it never arrived, and when we requested a refund, they refused to accommodate us. We remained calm and didn’t create a scene, but the staff spoke to us quite rudely. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. During my last two visits, I found hair in my quesadilla—definitely not mine. While the employees who handed out the orders seemed friendly, they really need to wear their hair nets properly or put them on altogether. It’s concerning—especially if there’s a dog back there! Additionally, on another visit when we were the only customers, they forgot one of the items in our order. So it wasn’t a matter of being overwhelmed by customers. If you do decide to go to this Taco Bell, I highly recommend double-checking your order every time!

You will get taco bell quality eat from this place, but I have ordered the delivery over 5-10 times and they have never honored the sauce package request. for example, they demand five mild sauce packages in their order (what an option on scrub stroke) they never get their sauces.

It is a terrible service that avoid this unit. I spent money here and I asked for a water of conduct and they refused my simple one for a cup of water. not to mention that all available tables were dirty. dieucks and other places have never done this to me.

Order on the app and at arrival they said my order was not finished yet. almost an hour waited and finally asked again (this time my mobile phone order from my phone) and the personal acted as if I bugged them, and told me that they had not received my order. I showed them that my bank card was charged, so the command must have gone exactly. when I asked what the personal should do, it wasn't her problem. total chaos in this.

I love the crunch wrap supreme, the quesadillas, and the cinnamon twist. There menu has a lot of choices to choose from. Easy to order and customize food, if you don't eat meat or dairy. The staff are nice and pleasant. the food is ready after a couple of minutes. They always do an excellent/clean job making the food great taste. Fast and efficient services. ignore negative reviews, One of the best taco bells around! I had good experience at this taco Bell and it was exceptional. this taco Bell is awesome when it comes to customer service and I was pleased with the food. I definitely come back again.
