Salads here are consistently good, have no complaints about the food. This location gets extremely busy during the day, especially lunch hour. Even online orders may be late, but not really the employees, fault.Food: 5/5

Paid $17 for a customized salad that was missing in the order along with bread. Quite unacceptable service, especially when the main dinner item with vegetables is missing entirely.

Big fan of this SG location! Orders are always ready on time and the delivery is quick and efficient. Also, the portions are great and the food is always fresh!

THIS LOCATION CLOSES EARLY and MISSES INGREDIENTS!! The first time I came to this location, my order was missing FOUR ingredients, some of which I paid extra for. The wait was also insanely long. I came again last night and the doors were already locked at 7:48, 12 minutes before closing time. Me and a couple other disappointed customers were turned away because they decided to randomly close early. If I were the business owner, I’d be horrified of how this place is run.

Is it just me or their chicken taste absolutely gross? I like everything else tho, but what's up with that chicken?? I've tried both blackened and regular and both of them taste terrible. Tofu also doesn't have much flavor and is very spongy, the fish is kinda salty. I am a meat eater but I only order salads from Sweetgreen with no animal protein (tofu as well). Overall the staff is friendly. I work in the same building and I order my lunch online so I've never had to stand in a line there, but it does get very crowdy during the lunch time. I feel like they can get rid of some of the tables to open up the space because I've never seen more than a couple of people eating inside, everyone mostly orders to go.
