Subway - Chicago

Every once in a while, they mix up my order. However, this time, my sandwich was just filled with vegetables. I suggest going somewhere else, as they don't seem to get it right when you order online for delivery or pickup.

Yoshi did an excellent job when my group visited at 2 o'clock. The sandwich was amazing, crafted by a truly top-notch person.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I mentioned to the staff that the Coke and Sprite from their well drink machine tasted bad, as if they were low on syrup or something. All I wanted was a refund, but the employee told me, “I’m sorry, I can’t do that.” I then asked to just have a bottled drink instead, and he said no. I felt completely taken advantage of.

At 2 mf he said no longer serve anyone, and this restaurant is an open 24 hours, very stupid staff who there on 10th juli 2022 at 2 am

Very bad customer service. I have encountered rude behavior from the cashier during both of my visit to this subway. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.
