Subway - Chicago

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff in the afternoon were incredibly kind to an elderly man. It was heartwarming to see their trust and the service was excellent!

On September 29th, 2022, I went to this restaurant that claimed to be open 24 hours, only to find it closed in a very unprofessional manner. There were no signs or indications that they were closed, giving off the impression that they simply did not care.

I am disappointed with this restaurant because they do not have an option on their app to add extra sauce to their sandwich. They also never answer their phone when I try to call. This restaurant is conveniently located near my house, and I spend a lot of money here. However, I do not feel valued as a customer when they do not take the time to make my order correctly or even acknowledge me when I call. I am considering taking my business elsewhere.

The man in the morning with tattoos and piercings is the worst. I have submitted numerous complaints and have not even heard again. I always make a mobile order and he massages it every single time to the point where I order and haste into the restaurant so that I can watch it to make it and correct it. he says he only does what's on the paper, but that's very wrong because I screenshot what I set. he puts on the wrong brot every time he puts on the wrong beats. he laid olives and I am allergic to them, so I had to get a whole new sandwich. He is confrontational when I told him that he does it every time he said, "I don't know why they always come here then" just terrible and I'm sick of it. I'm done wasting my money at this place. so young when they see a black jeep wrangler outside, they save themselves the effort and don't go there.

Horrible service at night with the big girl, nasty attitude because she so-called couldn’t hear behind the glass!First and only time going there.
