Subway - Chicago

Clean environment, but they do not offer suppe on the menu and they close extremely early.

Subway should face legal action for false advertising. The sandwiches they make do not look anything like the ones promoted by the NBA and NFL endorsements on TV. The bread and the lackluster vegetables are disappointingly typical.

A slogan for this place: Fine sandwich, lackluster service. The lady making my sandwich was disinterested, could not articulate what she was saying, and was more interested in having a conversation with some other guy who was just hanging out in the restaurant.

Horrible service... they refused to serve me because I was asking for the promotion price. Had to go spend my money at another location

Place advertises as being open until 8 p.m but I just went there and the man shooed me away. I don't mind closing earlier than 8 PM, especially in the loop, but don't tell people your open until 8 if you aren't. People in the loop are very busy and plan their schedule around these types of things. Also, I can't prove it, but I suspect their bread is smaller than every other Subway I have been to.
