Shiawase - Chicago

This is my goto sushi place. The staff is so friendly and the sushi is amazing. The lobster roll had a twist, it was served as two pieces, almost like unrolled sushi. It was delicious! And the shell of the lobster tail was placed in the center. Beautiful presentation

I ordered the noodle with chicken and jasmine tea. The dish was okay, but I felt like the broth was a bit too thin, it lacked body. The tea was way too bland, I could barely taste the jasmine in there.In spite of that, service is very good, pleasant, friendly and welcoming

No ambiance, food way too salty, not an experience worth repeating for me
