Sharks Fish Chicken Express - Chicago

The way a restaurant presents itself is crucial. Unfortunately, upon entering, the girls at the front lack hospitality and their attitudes are unpleasant. It seems as though they are only there for a paycheck. During my last visit, one of the girls made disdainful facial expressions when more customers arrived close to closing time. The inconsistency in food quality is also a concern - it varies depending on who is cooking. Some dishes are cooked perfectly, while others are overdone. It is clear that this restaurant needs to prioritize customer service and ambiance. Despite its good location, improvements are needed in both the service and food quality. For example, they close at 11 pm but start closing up by 10:45 pm, posting a sign stating that orders must be picked up by then.

I never liked ordering from this dishonest restaurant! I paid $30 for 4 of the catfish fillets and only received 10 wing pieces! I feel like I was cheated and will never order from them again! I specifically asked for the catfish fillets, but only realized after eating that they were not what I had ordered. I was very disappointed with the service and portion size.

This restaurant is a disappointment in our neighborhood! The refried chicken and fish were soggy and the fries were overcooked. We wasted $40 on a meal that was not worth it.

If I could rate zero stars , I definitely would. The staff (the guy who wrote down my order) was extremely rude and careless. I had to repeat myself to make sure he heard me and I regret even staying after that , I should’ve took my business elsewhere. At least if you’re going to be rude , make sure the food is on point. And the chicken wings are tiny as hell , so don’t even bother if you’re looking to actually eat something and be full.

I'm just gonna give this place a star cuz I didn't actually go here. I don't know why google thinks I'm here, maybe I went by, but I've never heard of them that you're sorry that you get a star cuz googles stupid head and I want to take it off my review page.
