Moreover, the service left much to be desired. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes before the employee came over to take my order. It seemed like he only approached us after a regular customer walked in and drew attention to our wait. It also appeared that the order taker was also doubling as the cook. They definitely need to hire more staff.

I'm not sure if they were just busy, but I really dislike when I specify how I want my food and, even after confirming it twice, it still doesn't come out right. I wanted cheese in my grits, but I received none.

The food was incredible! I had the meatloaf and steak, accompanied by yams, mac and cheese, and cabbage with cornbread. I absolutely loved it!

Dinners from Roy's I am never ever disappointed with what I purchase. In addition I love the friendliness of those who serve me. You cannot go wrong going to Roy's.
