Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Chicago

Bad meal and bad service. we were on holiday in chicago. this restaurant thank godliness not represented eating in the city.

I was the one in Indianapolis and love it and I loved it even more! great eating, great atmosphere and great service.

We were there for dinner and they asked for a Credit card before we could order. My husband and I are in our 50s. Do they really think we were going to dine and dash. We went there because we were told the roof top deck was fantastic. It was nice and we watched a baseball game while having dinner.

The food was good. We expected to have a better selection of beer on tap.

Service was horrible, first they messed up my 7 person reservation. Food was cold and incorrect not once but twice. It took nearly 90 minutes just to get our bills right. What was suppose to be a 1 hour dinner turned into 3.5 hours. By far the worst dining experience I have ever had, I could have understood if they were busy however there was only 4 takes downtown stairs occupied.
