Took my husband and our family for his birthday. We had a great time and the waitress was awesome.
I had used the app to place myself on a priority waiting list for at about or so. When I arrived I was told they didnât take reservations and my party and I couldnât be seated because their waiting list was full. I tried explaining I understood it wasnât a reservation, but I did place myself on the priority waiting list at but I kept getting interrupted and was, basically, told to either get carry out or leave. Never even received an apology.
There were empty tables and booths and there was a wait to be seated. The service is slow. It doesn't seem like there are enough servers but it was probably busier than normal due to holidays.
We visited Red Lobster to celebrate my sister's granddaughter's birthday. We were greeted with a smile and the manager stopped to talk to Kimberly, the birthday girl. We were seated and greeted by Lucy, our waitress, and she gave us the absolute best service! My sister and I were very pleased because she made us feel like queens! She was very attentive and noticed that Kimberly was starting to get sleepy (it was a school night), so she gathered her team, brought out ice cream, and they sung to Kimberly, much to our delight! We made sure to leave a big tip for Lucy.
