Have not been to a red lobster in over 15 years but this was overall a pretty good eating experience. Food was prepared well and was tasty. Only thing was there stock of some items were not available but I suppose everyone is still recovering from this pandemic. Waiters and host were friendly and kind.

My mother and I have a Sunday after the church in the 5201 S. Pulaski Rd location. I demanded the expectations of sitting on arrival. That didn't happen! I explained my mother used a walker from a recent spinal cord operation and couldn't sit long. The answering person asked my ETA-I 30 minutes. When we arrived, the waiter on the podium means you have to wait. I wanted to see a manager. Spoke to Rosie. I explained my mother's situation and she's a diabetic and has to eat soon. Rosie was friendly enough to let my mother sit at a table near the bar. She also gave my mother cookies and water. We waited at least 45 minutes for placement. A lady client came and made a scene about the waiting period that says she had 7:30 reservations to a cinema. Rosie swore the lady to calm her down and put her party and served her. I was horrified. Especially when she knew my mother's situation. She had a problem with a difficult customer. To supplement injuries, we were finally served and my order was disgusting. The waitress tried to convince me that my lobster was Rock Lobster, but it was clear Maine . The cook sent a Maine lobster dick and put it on a bowl. I was livid! The rice was hard enough to carve my teeth, the broccoli was smart and dry cookies. Rosie tried to convince me not to write a review by providing discount cards. I assured her that I would not write a review, but I think I should, as I believe, that this is the only way to improve customer service in this place. Also I will not use the discount cards. I received an answer from the owner with an apology and asked that I send my personal information and reach it on Facebook. I don't participate in Facebook. Please do something about the service in your business. That's all I asked. It used to be my favorite place Red Lobster. Check your administration. Please!
My waitress was Armani today, she was very good. Her memory is good that she took orders without writing them down. I really enjoyed her. She other customers really gave her a tough time about something beyond her control. I mean, they went on and even called the manager for free. She treated it with grace and I want her to know.
