Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Chicago

I visited this restaurant for the first time on August 27, 2016, around 1:30 PM, and I had a great experience thanks to the friendly staff. The girls were incredibly helpful when I had questions about the sandwiches. The girl who made my sandwich was very accommodating and answered all my inquiries. The cashier was also polite and assisted me well. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family, as long as they continue to have such friendly employees. Great job to Potbelly for having these wonderful young ladies on staff!

The food is absolutely delicious! My kids adore Potbelly, and I love it just as much!

Good food, the prices are just ridiculous though. 10 dollar sandwiches and bottle drink prices being through roof. But nice filling sandwiches and clean environment help me overlook said prices.

Really good subs , clean friendly atmosphere. Everything around it seems closed down. 1000x's better than subway. The avocado BLT is awesome!!!

The staff here is fantastic, providing excellent service. The facility is great overall, but there’s one issue: the photo on the wall meant to represent 'MDW Chicago International Airport' actually shows Memphis International Airport! It feels like sitting on a throne of lies!
