Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicago

This place is clean. It’s not a bad location for drive-through service. However, the parking situation here is a nightmare so if you must come to the location just go through the drive-through.

Picked up a 10 piece meal when I unpacked the chicken halve. The chicken was over fried and very small. Also, the time I when was around 3 pm.

I usually go here for some food to bring to work without many problems if any at all. However, today was another story. I made an online order so that I can pick it up and bring to work to eat later. I was greeted by one, a male, who likely didn't understand that I had placed my order had the receipt via email for proof even after I said the name on the order. I had to wait for close to 25 minutes before I had to get going to work, and was forced to leave the establishment empty handed. There were other patrons there who likely (couldn't tell for sure, to be fair here) got there after me but got their orders before me. I don't know if the location ever got my order, which makes today's situation more complex despite me having a receipt of the order. I also couldn't tell if they were understaffed, let alone if they were short on items. I will add that it was kind of busy, which doesn't help the situation here.

Did drive-thru so can't really comment on atmosphere but everything else was great. Food hot and delicious, service fast and efficient. Nothing at all was a concern. Great visit. Thanks!

I understand that wait was longer than usual it was to be expected because of the super bowl but the manager in charge was very rude to the employees and the customer
