Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicago

This place has to be deleting reviews or something. The lobby is seemingly never open and there?s sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and drive thru on a regular basis. The staff here don?t feel safe enough to open the lobby during normalbusiness hours, why would I feel safe enough to get food here?

Horrible. My poop was leaking and they have zero fs about handing me a cup of soda running. Then they have me a side half full with all rice no red beans. Ghetto lazy staff. Horrible management. If they weren't so busy talking about getting high theycould've served me better. Horrible go elsewhere!

20 minutes stuck in drive thru. Pre-ordered on app. When I asked for a complimentary drink I was told No, it's not her fault. I asked who's fault...she blamed the previous customers. Instead of directing them around to the front...you held everyone up. Badservice. Biscuits cold,fries cold

I ordered two $6 boxes the chicken was cold the sides was cold they wasn't warm it wasn't enough sauce thank I still ate the food but it wasn't fresh at all that food was just sitting there and I feel like when you order fast food the food supposed tobe hot and they were skimpy on the fries they only give us a little bit of fries like very little. It's like when I go there Ihave to ask for hot and fresh food when I feel like they're already supposed to give you hot food but nope everything was cold.

What i dont get is if you're offering store pick up you should have your doors open for that. Why would you make customer wait in the drive thru line to pick up online/pick up orders?! Its ridiculous! Those who ordered ahead of time now has to wait inthis line for others who order and get their orders before you.
