I was served by a dirty blonde teenager with a braid. I was excited to see they had breakfast until 3 o'clock and noticed a French sandwich on the menu at 2 pm. I asked the girl about the breakfast hours and she told me it ends at 1 o'clock. I pointed out that the sign said otherwise and asked if it was only on weekends, but she didn't clarify. I suggested she should inform someone about the discrepancy as it should be reflected in their advertising materials. She rolled her eyes and dismissively said okay. This unwelcoming experience makes me not want to return. It seemed like she was just being lazy as there were only three employees and no one else was busy. It's a shame because it could be a nice spot for the community. I would rather go to other cafes in the area that offer better service. The cookies were okay, but I can get four for the same price at another bakery.
I first discovered this bakery at a farmer's market, where I had the chance to try one of their delicious, creamy pastries. For months after, I tried to find something similar elsewhere, but nothing compared to the amazing taste and quality of their baked goods. Eventually, I visited their bakery shop again and was reminded of that first incredible experience. They truly offer a premium product with delicious flavors and high quality.
Amazing croissants and coffee is stubborn. the personal is great and super friendly
I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.I came into this bakery with my 3 year old. The front cashier lady practically screamed at me and my child if I had a mask. I said no. She then proceeded to scream if we didn’t have a mask- we couldn’t be served. If they are concerned about masking- then at least offer a mask like EVERY other respectable restaurant or retail place. I don’t appreciate being yelled at by a minimum wage worker about a mask in front of my toddler for some sub-par pastries. The demeanor and tone of this place is disappointing.Needless to say- I will NEVER EVER come to this place again or ANY farmers market that they sell at. I was happy to support the Little Vietnam restaurant next door after I was denied service. You’re in a business of hospitality- act like it, regardless of the situation.
They serve a thick-cut broth, perfect for dipping delicious toast.
