Papa Johns Pizza - Chicago

The pizza at this restaurant is always amazing! However, today when I received my pizza, one of my toppings was hidden under the box. I called to double check, and the person on the phone was enthusiastic when I exclaimed, "It's there! Can't they see it?" I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to add it myself.

The customer service at this restaurant was very rude. A mistake was made with our order, and instead of receiving a courteous reimbursement, we were met with attitude from the cash register and the delivery driver who rudely tossed our food at the door. There was unnecessary arguing over a simple mistake on their part. Additionally, they insisted on taking back the incorrect order, as if we were not in the midst of a pandemic. The purpose of this was unclear.

They make everything from stratch, the garlic Knots were made fresh and Buffalo Wings are amazing!

My favorite place to go..Amazing people who work there and love the food... always good experience..

Love ! The stuff crust pizza really put papa Johns on the map for me. Really efficient ordering and awesome delivery time !
