Panera Bread - Chicago

I ordered the citrus crispy chicken salad, but without the chicken, and I requested avocado instead. I also had the autumn squash soup with chips. The salad was fine—just a mix of avocado, crispy pieces, almonds, and dressing—so nothing too special or unique. However, the soup was amazing! If I visit again, I will definitely order the soup.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this Panera has maintained its high level of customer service and friendliness since it opened. I initially thought that the experience might decline after the initial launch, but I still enjoy coming here. Also, I have to mention that the new asiago bagel breakfast sandwich is fantastic!

The dining experience is quite enjoyable. I was surprised to see so many homeless individuals in the area, making it feel like the place could really use some security. It's concerning to note that the soup (Brot Suppe) is often running out, and the bread is frequently unavailable.

Girls with pink hair on the theke accepted I was a door lock driver because there is a high concentration of men in the area that are the same color as I. they accused me of stealing my own food! they lied to the app and said it was done earlier than it was actually. (probably, to avoid slow times, so do not see that they are always behind) so that I simply wait patiently at the counter in the back. I saw my name on the entrance in big bold letters when she put it on the counter. she has fallen and started screaming at me and saying that is not for her that is for quick picking! not for delivery! You're not gonna steal what I told her twice, that's mine in derrick. I literally wanted to pull my wallet out so my handy could prove to her that it was actually mine. I have a white name for a black person, and that's not the first time that this happened to me at this place. After she knew she was wrong, she didn't apologize. she said, ohh then stopped because she knew she was wrong. this was at 8:40 on the 27th juli 2022.

Clean restaurant, great food reasonable during this inflation. Friendly professional staff , wifi to get work done for your business or just for home on your computer while you dine in.
