Since I paid for the black box with double the food, I assumed it would all fit together without needing further clarification. Their refusal struck me as unprofessional, and I would like to see the young ladies, especially manager Cynthia, questioned about their decisions. Business policies should be flexible enough to accommodate good customers who may have special requests. I am now an unhappy customer, and if I could give this place -5 stars, I certainly would. The next time I visit, if I am denied the black box as I requested, I will contact the Better Business Bureau to investigate this policy and address the concerns of well-meaning customers like myself. My request is straightforward: I want my Panda Express food in a black box to go, as it is the most hygienic option available from this brand, and it significantly reduces the risk of breakage compared to the white foam plates. As a truck driver with years of experience traveling, I have never encountered this kind of refusal at Panda Express when asking to be served “my way.” Please take my feedback seriously as constructive advice for the future, and I hope to be treated with respect and consideration as a valued customer next time.

The Chow Mein was mostly just onions. While the other dishes were nice, the Chow Mein really spoiled my meal.
