Great value with good food and generous portions with lots of options and gluten free choices. Nice deserts and my cocktail was very good and fresh.

Nookies is a local gem absolute favorite for good, fresh, mainstream American Dining accommodating all tastes. And, Manager/Maître d' Roberto Evangelista Lopez is a treasure welcoming, accommodating special seating requests, and clearly dedicated to making sure that both repeat and new customers walk away happy. The pot roast is a fragrant, tender dinner option, as are any of the salads or in my case the curried Tilapia plate. Fresh apple/berry crumble and a to die for Brownie dessert make a great finale. For brunch, I love the grilled cheese sandwich best in the neighborhood.

We have met out friends here for several years since it is in the middle travel wise and has parking (a big plus). Until now the menu has had omelets and other breakfast all days and more lunch items at the dinner hour. The menu has changed which was very disappointing for several of our group who liked the restaurant for that reason. Changes are we will need to find

There was hardly anyone there at 6:30. The waiter got my order wrong. It was tasty, just not what I ordered. I would give them another chance. And if you have to plan business outings at the last minute, keep this place in mind. Classy enough for a business dinner, and lots of available tables if your group size is large.
