However, when my family and I arrived at the restaurant, we discovered that it was closed due to COVID-19. While I understand the necessity of closing for this reason, I wish I had been notified beforehand. According to their Facebook page, the restaurant had been closed since December 21. It was disappointing to show up with my family only to find the establishment closed. Despite this, I am a fan of Nico Osteria and would give it 5 stars. A special thank you to Carmines for accommodating us without a reservation.

I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed when I had out of town guests and was looking forward to going. I didn't receive any prior notice and was very disappointed.

The restaurant was closed. I attempted to confirm my reservation with the restaurant, but when I called, there was a recording stating that due to increasing cases, the restaurant would be closed from 12/21. The restaurant did not have the courtesy to notify me by email or phone. This is very poor customer service. I will never dine there as a result.
