Nicky's In-n-out - Chicago

I just ordered from them and felt compelled to leave a review. I got the Italian beef extra dipped with cheese and hot peppers, but it was really dry. I'm quite disappointed because my first visit here was great. Unfortunately, the last few times I've been, it's been a letdown each time. Additionally, if you request mild sauce on your fries, be sure to check your bag before leaving the store, as they sometimes put hot sauce on them instead.

I ordered an Italian beef sandwich, but the bread was hard even after a light dip. Additionally, the prices are higher than at other similar places.

The food here is quite good, but the service is extremely slow. I placed a carryout order 30 minutes ago and I'm still waiting in the lobby while the staff member is just now slicing the gyros. This place has a lot of potential, but the cashier, cook, and staff need significant improvement.

Beware they will close for the day unexpectedly. The food is decent, definitely not bad. The service is good. The atmosphere is meh. It's 43rd Wentworth, you can't expect miracles.

Yall got a great employee that should be rewarding for defending her self against disrespectful customers.....
