Neighborhood Sbarro - Chicago

This place is great! It's even ideal to host a party their food is great and fresh, the customer service is awesome, and they offer non alcoholic beverages, but also a nice selection of beers. I could recommend their sandwiches, but tbh every item is delicious, I mean, you get what you pay for, and don't forget to tip the servers they are always helpful

This location was good years ago. The owner used to conversate with customers it was always clean food was good. The owner did mention he wanted to sell, or move away.. something to that extent. He must've left because over the past 2 years, the place has gone down. The prices went up, the tables are wobbly filthy. The soda machine always has puddles of drink all around it with fruit flies, service is bad.. and its gross to sit there and watch cashiers handle money the register, and then go make pizza without washing their hands NO GLOVES! SERIOUSLY.. on more than 1 occasion, I've seen people put their bare hands into the mozzarella spread it onto the pizza.. right after they touched a number of items at the front counter. I came back after witnessing it the first time..just to give them the benefit of the doubt. But to see it happen again again.. I'm just grossed out. They obviously don't care about customers getting sick. I used to take my kid there because she loves the pizza, but I'm not risking getting sick. Plus, for the price they charge, it would be nice to not have fruit flies all in my face while I eat on their sticky dirty, wobbly tables. Keep your place clean, send your employees to a food handling course teach them some customer service..maybe you'll keep the business alive!

Erica!! Erica!! Erica!!Haven't been here in years, something made be want some Italian and alil of everything! No one was in there, I'm so frickin picky and she was awesome!! From a huge smile upon walking in to putting up with my detailed order of 6 different items ... extra crispy, add cheese, pack it this way, add condiments, how much is this going to cost ... Sbarro!! You have the right person up front and I will not wait years to return again because of her. Thank you Erica!! I tipped on my card and handed her alil cash!

They charged me a tip on my debit card with out permission for slide of pizza was 7 cashier wanted to change 12, and a second time they charged me from cash, both to take out, and when i asked, they get offended and change their attitudes to assist me....

I have 5 stars for service and atmosphere because I ordered through an app. The the potato’s were under cooked and the baked ziti looked like clay..
