The concept of self-service tap bar is really great, but adding 18% gratuity for not receiving any type of customer service is not justified in any way. We asked waitresses how we should close the tab and she just told us to put the card in a box. Information about gratuity should be clearly given by the waitress along with information about putting the card in a box and we were under impression that this is the only way to close our tab. I’m very disappointed with that kind of service. I don’t feel $13.35 gratuity is justified in any way.

Fun place to hang with friends and play boardgames. The on-tap drinks are pretty decent and it's convenient that you can bring your own food. Easy to reserve online and the friendly team reached out to confirm and ask if we had questions. Would love to go back.

Went with a big group a couple weeks ago. It was less than satisfactory. The concept is cool, but definitely needs work and not sure how it has survived this long in prime Logan. Our entire group of 12 people have lived in Chicago for the better part of five years and have never been and won’t go back. Moreover, In this era of “tipflation” we are charged 18% tip no matter what… for what service exactly?

Great rotating beer tap collection. Pour-Your-Own style. Wine and cocktails on tap as well.Helpful staff will assist you if needed, but nice self serve environment to hang with friends.

Went there for a meetup with friends; had a great time. Really interesting multi-beer dispenser system. Staff was awesome.
