I stumbled on Memo’s on my way to a show at Thalia Hall and ordered a Chicago Style hot dog to go (it came with fries) and it was DELICIOUS. I had a nice chat with the owners while my food was cooking, they are so friendly. The food and the chit chat really hit the spot! You should stop by for something yummy!

When we arrived, it was window service, but the weather was pleasant, so they set up a table and chairs for us. It’s a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy your meal right in the heart of Pilsen.
