I always use the kiosks if I don’t order ahead. The kitchen also seemed to be swamped because of the line of cars placing drive-thru orders.For me, this was a great McDonald’s for a quick breakfast before the pandemic.
Trash. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes only to find out it would be another 10 minutes because they are changing shifts. Managers need to fix their people organization bad. Yall should simultaneously change out when the other is ready to go. Fire those who don't show up on time, simple.Service: 1/5
Emploees were very kind and quick to fix any issues. Our order got messed up because of us. My sister expected them to bring the food out to our table. Therefore, she did not go up when she heard them call out our table number. At this McD's, you need to get buzzed into the bathrooms, but only because of a very rough customer base. They can't be leaving the counter to deliver food to the front room without more staff coverage. It's annoying, but I get it. They are trying to make it safer for everyone. I very much respect this management for making the process just a bit safer and less chaotic for their employees. The young ladies at that front counter were impressively kind and respectful of every customer and issue they dealt with. Their employees were motivated and efficient.They could use a full time social worker to deal with clientele trying to scam more/free food from them by eating 3/4 of a large fries, turning the remaining 1/4 into a ketchup with fries caserole, and then walking up to the counter, dumping it on the floor as a prompt for demanding a new large fries because they were dropped at the register. This is exactly what the counter employees are dealing on a constant basis. Give these workers some grace. There is a lot of incoming struggle, stress, and extra burden they are dealing with the best way they can and are being professional and kind.Front room/dining/customer areas and bathrooms were clean. Ice cream machine was working.Parking: Ample and well maintained parking for this location at the time we visited.
Staff is seriously retarded. They always mess something up and have the nerve to give you attitude when you complain about it, straight ignorant raggedy ratchet people who truly don’t deserve the pay they’re getting.
Ordered through mobile app, was told that they weren't taking any orders at all, and was told to cancel the order on mobile.You can't cancel the order. And did not get money back. Not sure why you indicated your McDonalds was open when it clearly wasn't.
