Beautiful place very welcoming staff. Food was very good. I would definitely go back and recommend others to visit.

The food is average compared to other steakhouses/higher-end restaurants in the city. The standout dishes were the potato chip and onion dip amuse bouche, the steak tartare, and the potato gratin. Both our steaks were over cooked (we did inform our server, but we opted to keep them instead of wait for another; the flavor was still decent). The cocktails are phenomenal and the vibe and decor is gorgeous. This is my 2nd visit (first time was 6 years ago); had almost the same review last time.

We were very impressed with the menu at maple and ash. We enjoyed the seafood tower which was very well prepared. We ordered and split an 18oz dry aged ribeye. We requested medium rare and received medium well. Unfortunately, this made our experience less than exceptional. Would return and would highly recommend for others to dine!

A beautiful restaurant… A must when visiting Chicago . Excited you will be Miami opening in Miami (where I live) Food exceptional, ambience and decor gorgeous, service impeccable… thanks to the fact that we had the pleasure of having Sandra serve us. She made our dining experience absolutely perfect! The entire team is extremely professional and polite as well . Ten stars ! Thank you !
