MacArthur's Restaurant - Chicago

I frequented Macarthur's when I was pregnant with my son from 2010-2011I craved the macaroni and cheese and fried chicken.

I use to frequent this place about 15 years ago (early 2000's)Being from the South Side, it was the happening thing back them.

Felt like I was at grandma's house. Literally walked in and felt the history. The food slaps, great soul food spot. They do have a parking lot The fried fish is fire, yams, greens, and mac. Oh cornbread is tasty too. It's a must, I hear the ribs, chicken, and spaghetti are delicious as well. Do yourself a favor and go get you a plate with 2 sides.

Everything was good except they didn't have my favorite candid sweet potatoes.
