I visited Lukes and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I pulled into the drive-through, it was clear that their customer service was lacking. The employees seemed disinterested and unfriendly, providing a subpar experience that left a sour taste in my mouth.To make matters worse, the food was simply awful. The quality of their pizza was shockingly poor, resembling a frozen microwaveable option rather than a freshly made pie. The crust was tasteless and lacked the desired texture, while the toppings were sparse and lacking in flavor. I was left wondering if this was what they considered to be pizza .Additionally, their fries were a complete joke. They were greasy, limp, and lacked any crispness that one would expect from a well-cooked batch of fries. It felt like they had been sitting around for far too long, resulting in an immensely disappointing side dish.Overall my experience at Lukes was a complete letdown. The horrible customer service, coupled with the lackluster and tasteless food, have left me with no desire to ever return. I would highly recommend exploring other dining options in the area if you 're looking for quality food and exceptional service...

We have been coming to Luke's for over 20 years and must stop by every time we visit Chicago. Best beef in town and my favorite pizza.Food: 5/5

This joint is good for traditional chicago food and not as expensive compared to other places like it. Staff is very nice and the food comes out fast.Food: 5/5

My husband purchased 1 burger with a vanilla shake for himself and a grilled chicken sandwich with a sprite for me. The total with tax wax $25.75 for 4 items. Oh did I mention the burger and chicken sandwich came without fries. The grilled chicken wasn't even season and it looked like the bottom of a sole of a shoe, no taste whatsoever and hard. The sprite tasted moldy. And for that they charged $25.75., thats crazy. Never again!
