Lugano's Pizza 2 - Chicago

Absolutely disgusting. The food, the atmosphere, the entire experience. Why are they even in business? It’s nearly impossible to even park near the restaurant without cutting thru an alley and driving down an extremely sketchy street.Again: WHY are they in business???

This place is horrible between the service and delivery time. No one should even have to wait for more then a hour for pizza and delivery especially if you're 5 blocks away. ??

Never ordering here again, last night we ordered pizzas for delivery they took forever so we called and they said someone called to cancel our order but it sound like they were having a party. Very irresponsible business.

Pizza is really good but the staff are really slow they will will tell you the time you need to be picked up and once you there they give you more time to wait and they sometimes for get about your order
