Lowcountry South Loop - Chicago

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was satisfied with the overall experience. The setup was functional and the flow was easy to use. It would have been helpful to have someone explain the service as there are no servers and a get it yourself setupFood: 4/5

We took our mom here for her birthday. Pretty warm in restaurant. They should have maybe opened a door or so for fresh air. Ordering the food was no issue but I was expecting someone to cone to our table and take our order. We had go to tge register and order. The menu did not have many food selections. Drinks looked attractive but you have to go to a different register to order drinks. It was so warm in the restaurant and the bar line was long. Bartender was moving slowly so we did not get a drink. No, I would not refer someone here.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is the best seafood restaurant that I’ve been to so far in the city! The food is fresh and the service is great they’re always so friendly. You have to make sure you try the everything sauce on your boil it’s so good! For the price, you can’t beat the portions that they give you.Food: 5/5

This place is one of my favorite seafood spot to go…. Atmosphere nice…. Food is delicious…. Great amount of food and the food is very flavorful and tasty….outstanding customer service and outstanding experience….
