Live Fire Mexican Grill Carbon

I absolutely love the fish tacos, especially with the red roasted pepper sauce. However, the elotes didn't impress me this time. They are usually quite good, but they fell flat on this visit.

I was disappointed that my bowl was not prepared as I requested. While I waited for assistance, I felt overlooked in favor of other customers.

I ordered the fish quesadilla with vegetables and the roasted red pepper sauce, and I assure you, you won't be disappointed!

This place is now one of my favorite loval spots. Their food has so much flavor I’m literally having a mouthgasm with every bite : It is truly authentic Mexican food. And they don’t skimp on ingredients. Their burritos are gigantic and always super stuffed. They’re also super fast and efficient. Never a wait and no mistakes on any orders I placed with them. I never ate in, I always take it to go. I recommend picking up and eating it right away for best experience. Carbon never disappoints

Fish taco was excellent. I will go back and find other options.
