Letizias Natural Bakery - Chicago

Oh Letizia, what has happened? That love, that spark, and your delightful baked goods seem to be completely missing. After my longer-than-expected adventures, I’ve returned to Chicago and it feels like you’ve thrown in the towel. Such a disappointment, naughty Chicago.

This charming little spot has plenty of outdoor seating, and I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The service was great, and the iced coffee was incredibly satisfying and delicious—I'll definitely be returning for more! I’m eager to try more pastries on my next visit. I prefer my chocolate chip cookies a bit crunchier rather than doughy, but the one I had was still enjoyable—thick and loaded with chips.

My boyfriend and I have been visiting this place for years, but I've noticed a high turnover among the staff lately. The coffee is fantastic, but the orders are consistently incorrect unless you double-check that it's prepared as you requested. For example, if you don't specify no sugar, they add it anyway, and when you ask for oat milk, they often say, "Do you want room for cream?" instead.

It is the best coffee and tart that I've ever had! Friendly people, nice place and all at the same place.

This place is ridiculously expensive hahahaha. $7.50 for a latte and they didn't even fill my cup the whole way? There are so many coffee shops bakeries in Wicker Park/ UKV that are much better quality at a lower price.
