La Michoacana - Chicago

Working for Uber or DoorDash at this restaurant is frustrating. If you're not Hispanic, you won't receive any assistance; they simply look at you as if you don’t belong. I even reached out to my customer and Uber support, but they continued to ignore me and only helped the other Hispanic customers. It's disappointing to have a business that serves everyone online yet fails to communicate or engage with delivery drivers of different backgrounds.

The yogurt “Natural” is the best. All of their yogurts flavors are good. The customer service is the best. Everything on their menu is good and OMG their ice creams are all BOMB. My go to Michoacána.

I order and elote with Cheetos and the chips were stale the fresas con crema taste expired...very disappointed with this order
