There's a large free parking lot at the end of the street, but be prepared for long lines during rush hour. Come and explore something new; everything here is delicious!

I ordered the strawberry soursop water ice cream, and the strawberry flavor was absolutely amazing—definitely made with real fruit! The soursop was rated 4 out of 5; its texture was a bit thick, resulting in a strange mouthfeel, but it also had real pieces of fruit in it! I waited in line for an hour, but it was definitely worth it. They offer a variety of sizes and flavors, meaning there's something for everyone.

Absolutely delicious!!! My boyfriend ordered this, and everyone in the shop was staring and asking what it was. It's a banana split topped with funnel cake, mango, and delicious toppings! Plus, it came with a double scoop of Nutella and strawberry ice cream.

Always great… but be prepared for a wait. Even if there are only 3 people in front of you it can take a while because folks like to order about 5-6 things a piece. We tried the mint Oreo paleta and the strawberry water-based one. Both were excellent. You can also order elotes and walking tacos and other various snack foods. Great place! Huge selection.

We came on the hottest day and wow the servings were huge. It was air conditioned and the restrooms were clean and spacious. The strawberry shake was full of all the fixin's including a wafer, chocolate drizzle, pinapple bits and of, the cherry on top. Everyone enjoyed their flavor of choice. Truly a family friendly oasis.
