Klein's Bakery And Cafe - Chicago

The team at Klein's is consistently fast and welcoming. We often stop by for breakfast sandwiches, which are always delicious and quite filling! A wonderful extra is how much they adore our large German Shepherd, who reciprocates that love!

I was really looking forward to my visit, and while the experience started off well, it took a turn when two dogs (clearly not service animals) came in without anyone saying a word. This is not only a health risk for those with pet allergies but also inconsiderate of the pet owners to assume they can bring their animals into a public bakery. I’m disappointed that no one from the bakery addressed the situation. It’s important to prioritize your customers and kindly request that people refrain from bringing their pets into your establishment.

I had a hazelnut cold brew and a guava cheese pastry, and both were delicious. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back in the future.

Stopped by here last week. I had an iced carmel latte which was good. I also had the bacon grilled cheese and it was SO good!

As a NYer now Chicagoan, I find this place to have the best bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich in the city. The only way that could be better is if it was put on a kaiser roll, but you can choose any of their bagels or a croissant. Coffee is immaculate. Great quality! Cannot recommend them enough! I try to come in at least once a week. Such a peaceful spot.
