J&j Fish And Chicken - Chicago

I ordered a small order of chicken gizzards, I was on lunch and didn’t have much time. The store was deserted at 2:00pm. RED FLAG!!! Anyway, the food was totally disgusting and not fit for human consumption. I waited in my car, parked right in FRONT of the building while my order was being “Cooked”. After about 15 minutes I reentered and retrieved my order. My fries were not hot and they were saturated in grease. The chicken gizzards were refried. Meaning, they were precooked and dropped back into the grease when I placed my order. I was already gone before realizing this fact. Even more surprisingly, the cole slaw was old and distasteful. They really need to be inspected. Please, spend your hard earned money with someone who respects you and appreciates your business.

I purchased a BOGO of pizza puff and fries. What I received was 1 order not 2. I ordered it from UberEATS. Be very careful of ordering from this J&J restaurant, in my opinion.Food: 4/5

This restaurant serves very bad food. I'm not sure if they switched owners but it has gone down hill from food to service. The last two times we visited the fries was not fresh and chicken was cold it's Very disappointed. And the customer service very badFood: 1/5
