Izakaya Yume - Chicago

If I could, I would give this restaurant a zero rating. I'm not sure if the people working there were the owners, but you could tell that the employees were not helpful at all! The sushi was left out at room temperature, the prices were high, and the food looked unappetizing.

I purchased the egg musubi from this restaurant and it was not good. I ended up discarding it immediately. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but the phone number provided turned out to be fake as well.

I had their Yume Ramen for lunch and ordered it to-go. It was incredibly tasty and I will be back. The ramen was presented nicely and the soup was put in a separate container. I think they have seen the poor reviews left on here about their take-out presentation, but the food here is great and I will be back to try more of their menu.

I was waiting for awhile now for my sushi and noticed they were calling orders after me. Still kept my cool until I decided to ask about my order. Apparently they forgot about it. Still I was calm but man i wasnt expecting a freebie but no apology at all? Young Gen Z's, a simple sorry we forgot to make your order would suffice.

We got the udon and teriyaki chicken. the udon soup didn't taste good and the teriyaki chicken was so dry it was like jerky
