Hooters Of Wells Street - Chicago

I've visited this place a few times now. I ordered wings and fries to go and decided to grab a drink at the bar while I waited. The service was incredibly quick—so quick, in fact, that I didn’t even finish my drink. When I got home, the food was amazing! Rating: 5/5.

We entered the restaurant to find it completely empty. I'm not sure if it was the manager or just the host, but he walked past us three times without acknowledging our presence. Meanwhile, the two waitresses were sitting at the bar, watching us, and after 10 minutes of standing there waiting to be seated, we decided to leave without dining. This was the worst experience I've ever had!

We waited 45 minutes for our server to attend to us, followed by another 45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, despite the restaurant being quite empty. Overall, the service was disappointing. We had a party of 10, including several children who received their meals late and were very hungry. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us received their appetizers and meals before we did.

The best wings we've had from Hooters in a long time! We asked for them well done which were cooked to perfection. Sauce was just right, not dried or drenched. Sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive. This is will the only location we will be going to from here on out!
