Staff is friendly and takes great care of special requests. Chicken sandwiches are delicious to the last bite. One thing I liked is that they have multiple sandwich options to choose from based on fillings and not just heat level like other chicken spots. I just wish they had fries.
All around great experience! The ordering process was easy and the staff was very friendly. All of the food was amazing and flavorful. Unlike most hot or friend chicken spots, the sandwiches weren’t so saucy that the bread becomes soggy. These were easy to pick up and eat with tender chicken and great seasoning. New favorite chicken spot on the north side!
I catered some Honey Butter Fried Chicken for a small family gathering for about 10 people. Ordered online a few days before and it was an easy transaction. We don't live in the area anymore so we missed their chicken, biscuits, and their sauces. Glad we were able to get some. If you cater from them, they even give you place cards and serving utensils which were nice! Definitely worth checking them out and getting their chicken. Worth your . A little more expensive than the usual chicken place but the chickens are juice and the honey butter with the biscuit is so good. Or honey butter on the chicken is delicious as well
While visiting family in Chicago, they took us to Honey Butter Fried Chicken. We ordered a few vegetarian options mac n cheese, slaw, corn bread and a dessert. Everything was super tasty. The outside space is excellent with patio heaters. The chicken looked good. I would definitely go back.
The food was great! One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in Chicago. The customer service was very welcoming. The staff was very nice. My friend ordered mashed potatoes and they served it without the gravy by mistake. We let them know and they immediately apologized, fixed it with another one and even gave us a free cookie. Orders are placed at 2 kiosks that they have set up. There is no inside dining so being in Chicago dining here will be for the warmer months. I guess you could get to-go but I like my food fresh out the grease. They do have patio seating set up for those that want to brave the weather. It's not cold or wind proof like the restaurants that prepped for outside dining during the height of Covid with the heaters and plastic surroundings. There were heaters but they were no match for the wind or cold. My friends and I felt every bit of the 40 degree weather as we sat outside and tried to make the best of it. Will I go back? DEFINITELY....when it warms up. Pricing is a little steep.
