Giordano's - Chicago

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I was fortunate that it wasn't too busy during lunchtime, and I was able to find a good parking spot in the small shared parking lot. The service was great, and the food was fresh and prepared just right. I would definitely recommend it.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the customer service was excellent. They also adhere to social distancing guidelines.

I wish I could give a lower rating if possible. I was visiting from California and had never tried Chicago pizza before, so I wanted to give it a shot. Despite being warned not to go to this particular location, I decided to go anyway. Nearly two hours later, our order had been given away. The pizza was decent and the waitress apologized, but I will never return. I never received my wings, one of the pizzas was mixed up, and I never got my lemonade. There were flies on the window, indicating a plumbing issue. Overall, it was a bad experience. The pizza was just okay.

The deep dish pizza at this restaurant is a classic! The service was good, and the food was delicious.

This is likely one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. Let's begin with the hour and a half wait.
