Free Rein - Chicago

The service was terrible. The waiter knew nothing, couldn't answer a single question. I never brought coffee we ordered. One of our meals asked for another side did not properly understand or apologize or repair. When he ordered an espresso shot, he came back with a cappuccino. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

We had reservations for the last Saturday at 6:00. We came and found out that the restaurant was closed for a party. When we told an employee we had reservations, he went to the manager. The manager never showed up. We received no notice that there was a party. We haven't eaten there so I can't comment on the food.

It was Valentine's day. The restaurant was full and well understated. Our server was pleasant, but had many tables. Many hard services in space sound so much echo. Good. The food was well prepared and properly cooked. The plate was very nice.

Breakfast options for everyone and it was so delicious!

My friend and I sat outside for lunch. Even with street traffic, it was very enjoyable. We shared the duck confit spring rolls and ricotta gnocchi. The gnocchi were very light and delicious.
