Horrible. Grilled bread brought to table burned on one side and never replaced. Ordered shrimp cocktail only to be told 15 minutes later they were ‘out’. Requested different table away from kitchen and were refused in spite of many, many open tables. We cancelled our food order, paid for drinks and left. Ruined our Friday night in Chicago!
The food and service were excellent, but the music completely spoiled the evening. It felt entirely inappropriate for a nice restaurant.
